Hi , this is my first post here .
I am a W960 owner for a very short time , and I have a question.
On my W960 the walkman control buttons ( play/pause , fast forward and back ) when i open walkman or any ather media aplication the buttons don't light up . The buttons work on touch but they don't light up . Why , what may be the problem ? Do you heard of such problem ? What could be the solution if there is one ?
Thanks in advance !

I think you have a problem with the lights in your touch controls. Because they light up in mine, if they are responding(walkman and media only i think).

They are meant to work only with walkman, but if they don't you can try master resetting the phone. If not it may be hardware problem aswell. So if master reset doesn't help, taking the phone to the nearest

service center would be the best option.

W960 firmware update? 10 months in I very much doubt it. Since last update (feb?) I have had no issues and been crash free. New features likely to be held back for next release.

W960 and P1 seem to be bug free on latest firmwares so don't think there would be something new.

To be honest won't update even if newer firmware is released.

Have too much mods applied to my phone and it's fully customized so don't want everything to be lost.
