"You can watch MP4 with the sound in sync" or ""You can listen to the soundtrack on MP4 in sync with the video"
either way I'm sure leagaly they coverd themselves.
Also, at what point did Sony actually make a press release stating the firmware would be released on the 20th of Jan?.. or the 24th?... or the 25th?
To my mind, the only thing anyone is basing this on is a little bit of sub-text on a webpage that states:
"If you have purchased a K630i, K850i, V640i, or W910i please update your firmware in the next release in January 2008 for optimal performance."
So - new firmware - in January.. simple as that. Whats with all the SE bashing - they still have till the end of the month!

I dont think you could go down the falce advertising root but if you think you can back it up you can always phone the Traiding Standards and say "Fit for the purpose"
that goods of this type are generally sold. They must also be fit for any specific or particular purpose made known to the seller at the time of the agreement.
