CAS stands for Column Address Strobe, and the 2 etc is indicative of the latency which addressing occurrs. Lower is better, but 2 is more toward gaming RAM, 2.5 is more than enough.
As for frequencies, DDR 333 is PC 166 (DDR means double data rate, so double 166 to get your DDR 333) Anyhoo, had a peruse and found this:
