Its not. The phone was upright jojo. If I remembered to put the phone sideways the video would be in landscape view.

try this....turn on night/evening settings when you record video, (even its daytime)...then you get higher quality, but little less fps...see here..took this yesterday

Daytime video is quite good as long as the default settings are used.
This second video is with default settings and also night mode enabled. Ends up extremely blurred due to the frame rate being lowered.
