Innov8 no thanks. I want a proper flash! I have had it with phones with led light a long time ago. Even if the newer lead lights are stronger i have a hard time believing that they are just as strong a the xenon flash. I want the whole package- as close to a real "stand alone" camera as possible.

Most of that bashing comes from people who are anti-SE or who for some reason have a bee in their bonnet about SE and can only see the negatives.
Trust your own research, don't get sucked in by the naysayers.
Pictures like the one above don't really help, because the colours are just so poor. Seeing the Samsung produce amazing colours and details next to bleached pictures like the one above, I do lose faith now and again.
marty I think you might be imagining the blue haze. I just don't see it. The yellow of the wasp would be purple tinged if there was too much blue in the image. Also the sand would be blue tinged. I think you are looking at the plants and making your judgement since they have a blue colour but that's normal for those plants. That's the colour they should be. And the colours aren't bleached - it's just natural for that landscape.

Does anybody remember the picture of the cheetah that was supposedly taken by the C905 too?
I think that picture and this one both look like pictures of posters. Like someone has taken a photo of a poster. They also look slightly like museum set-ups. I'd like to see the original photo and the source. Funny how Pop Lover disappeared after posting it...

Ah, cheers. Sorry, I must have skipped over it. Anyway I just saw it in the 2008 portfolio thread anyway.

Courtesy of Virgile Fontaine and Anders Hansen... I'm sorry if some of you already seen these picture. I just want to point out that colour reproduction in C905 is already decent. It's got the same heritance as C902...
Interesting to see that actually Virgile Fontaine from Planete-Nokia has a dedicated focus to Nokia for some years... But now most of his recent flickr pages fullfilled with C905 and C902 pics...
Can't wait to see a picture by final production unit

I can see too much smearing on the pics you provided @Hiron, which is not good

i hope SE could developed a better algorithm for that.

It's due to bilinear filtering that happened when Virgile Fontaine cropped that pics... And Medium JPEG Compression also contribute this... To give best result, it must use bicubic sharpen... Actually, He doesn't provide full size pics yet
And yes, I can notice too much saturation... But I thought it's okay, because most of the common people will pleased this colour... Vivid style photos... I already showed it to my friend and most of them praised this...
Again, I just pointed the colours... We should judge the details by full-sized pics...
And yes, everyone have their own opinions... I appreciate your opinions
And keep in mind, that these pics taken by pre-release prototype of C905... The final production unit could have different algorithm... Let's wait and see...
