So that means Z4 is pretty much confirmed for a global release? But with the Z3+ name? Since it atleast has to keep the Z4 design.

Yes, most likely s810, etc. as in z4. another s801 device in 2015? i don't think so, for marketing reasons, not because s801 is bad or something. but maybe they will add some new features to the int. version? who knows? not likely imo. good thing about z3+ name is that they don't make a big deal out of it for int. buyers. it is enhanced z3 so should not rise amazing expectations from buyers = not disappointment. i guess they won't even make a press event but just announce it online. want something newer = wait for q4.

So is the Z4 Ultra a larger version of Z3+ or is it going to be new design phone in Q4?

Q4 flags of main, compact and ultra (confirmed by the indonesian site with the Exxxx model numbers) should have a new name, new design, new camera, etc.
z4/z3+ is just a filler until q4 for carriers demand and late strategy change.

anyone know if there is going to be a 14nm version of s810? Then I would be a bit more confidence. And it looks like nobody even think about nVidia as amazing as X1 sounds.

I don't think so, Qualcomm is working on 820 now to launch it as quickly as possible... it should be more efficient+powerful than a 810 on 14nm
