polce say they can't do nuttin till after 28m days. my charge back paypal is today.
policeman at station sed he had similar trouble n paypal gave him the money back. even if the person has no money in account they go into minus wuth their account. so lets hope i get ma money back today

I tried to ask the question about chargebacks on eBay's Community Chest forum but the eBay police were out and I got slapped and had the post removed. Unbelievable!
I think a chargeback could happen if he has money in his account, not sure about whether it applies if he has none. That's what I was asking but the ****** removed the question. Goodness knows why....
