Well, i'm still busy experimenting with it ... I began with converting it on a very low quality, ending with a 60MB file, which was not very viewable ...

(hard to tell if I was watching a cat or a woman

).
Then I tried to have something 'viewable', but still regarding the file size.
Video Bitrate: 110kbps // Audio Bitrate: 64kbps // File Size: 110MB.
(Can't remember converting time, will try it again and let you know)
For the moment I'm converting it with some better quality settings:
Video Bitrate: 240kbps // Audio Bitrate: 96kbps // File Size: 221MB (est)
Will let you know when ready ... 60 minutes, still going ...

Hi everyone, im new here and have read the whole thread about M3.
Decided to try it out. Converted some files for my p990 with the standard settings and experienced some strange things. The quality is super but after a few minutes the phone stops playing the files. Converted a dvd and splitted it to 3 files the first stopped after 15.11 and if i dragged it to 15.20 it continued to 25.20 and stopped again. next time i play the file it stops at the exactly same points. Have tried several movies and everyone stops at certain points. Have installed M3 on both my computers, even in a friends computer resulting in the same result. But if i use some other program ,Hdx4 moviecreator for example, the files plays with no stop. Have tried several settings, reinstalled M3 ,ffdshow and nero codec, formatted the phone. If anyone have a clue of something i would be greatful.

Okay here we go, it took me 2hours15minutes for my latest attempt of converting a full length movie. Ive chosen to split the movie into chunks of 60 minutes, so I came up with 2 files of 145MB and 75MB each. Settings:
Video Bitrate: 240kbps // Audio Bitrate: 96kbps (LC-AAC)
I must say, this latest video already looks quite good on a W850i!!
Audio is not good, especially when using earphones. I will change this in my next attempt to get a "OK"-soundquality.
When using 110kbps:
When using 240kbps:
Another one using 240kbps:
Hopefully this is some useful info...
I'll be back after my next attempt.
