Has anyone else come across the problem with this firmware where the picture gallery does not start and says 'program not found'
I have to reboot the phone and it's back again but after a while i get the same error - can't seem to find any valid explanation as to why but it's a bit of a worry

I don't like dismantling the phone much... so I leave it "as is" (duo card, sim card etc ...are all left in the phone) and run the update ..... have been doing this since p900 days and I've never had any problems.

that is not normal...in fact, picture gallery is working faster than ever...i sugest you format you internal drive and reflash the phone
also, just noticed camera app starts more quickly

For those interested, I can confirm the following applications/hardware work with the new firmware (Generic World 2):
--Exchange ActiveSync (by RoadSync)
**GAL Added feature: in Contacts-->Down arrow menu (at top of screen)-->ActiveSync-->Contact Search (GAL)
--Gmail setup in email accounts (uncheck SSL)
--Handy Safe password manager
--HBH-DS970 headphones tested: noticeably increased volume on music player
