I have a small request here.
Is it possible to just mod my w910i's acoustics file :
1.) To increase the loudness of the front speaker only. Which means it doesnt affect the loudness of the music when played, but increase the volume of the sound when talking to people on the phone.
2.)To increase the ringing volume when my phone rings, but doesnt affect the volume of the music player.
Its because I really dont like the hissing sound when I'm listening to music.
Anyone can tell me which file to be pasted inside the acoustics file to do the job as above ?
Or can someone create a package of the driver files for w910i so that it will be much easier for newbie like me to mod our phone. Thanks alot.
Overall, I just want to mod my phone driver so that the ringing tone volume can be increased & the front speaker sound louder. Thats all, & I want to use the original acoustics of music player for w910i. I'm fine with the music on original driver.

Well, guys, reading the posts about the hiss effect in sound, and in particular in the Walkman - the headset, I tried to pick one issue to obtain a loud (again...... and again...... and again volume......) and a quality driver.
And for that I pick up the W980's acoustic that claim to be the best in sound quality.
So, all PHF_Plays were edited and got a top driver, with serious deep bass in the first level of volume.
By the time: the sound is very clear WITHOUT EQUALIZATION.
If equalize the hiss effect is strong, since the driver is very loud.
Whatever, this is my attempt. Have fun!

Just tried these on my C905.
Headphone only. Loud, but not too loud.
Impressed.

I wanted to know best or widely recommended alternative for C702. I tried acoustics from several W-series models but disappointed about sound output via built-in loudspeaker (almost no bass and too sharp-edged at highs). Except this the drivers were better (loud enough for outdoors, better at headphones), but just because of bad dynamics now back to originals

yeh I tired 2 diff accousics for C905 and one had a mic bug and the other seems ok but it still not loud enough on speaker or A2DP streaming.
Hope someone brings out a louder A2DP driver.

Is with these packs more bass on A2DP? I have a K660 and I use a HBH-DS220 with HPM-77 & cx300 earphone. Loudness is enough for me but the bass...Megabass is not impressive.
I tried this headset with W902 and I received better, deeper bass. So the good sound qualtiy via Bluetooth isn't impossible.
