I got a mini problem with my K700i. Has anyone come across trying to access the camera and the camera just dying? i thought it was because my battery was low but it wasn't, as 10 minutes later it worked. I have no idea why. Also at the same time, Icons 1 and 2 disappeared from the menu. you could still select them, but they weren't visible. Not sure if its related. It fixed itself after around 10 minutes. I will try to remember more of the conditions if it happens again. Apart from that i love this phone. My k700 is R2A041, O2 branded on the vodafone network.

Another little quirk that my new K700 has done once - and I can't work out why - and it hasn't done it again yet! I found this morning 8 draft text messages in the drafts box, all of them to a person I have never texted nor even phoned for the last 3 years, but whose landline number is in my phone directory??!! The draft messages were blank needless to say, but each one was addressed to the first person in my address book, her landline number. I deleted them and they haven't reappeared. I'm sure SE have deliberately put gremlins in this phone just to keep us amused.

Oh another thing. Does anyone know how to add to the special SOS numbers? Mine doesn't have 999 onto and just to be safe i would like to add it to the SOS numbers.

@text message problem
Did you have the phone in your pocket with the key lock turned offas if you press your joystick left then in 4 times it will send a blank message to the first person in your book, and as it is a landline they will all fail to send and be saved in the draft messages.
A problme i have, not seen it mentioned before, is that when i go in to the sounds or multimedia menu, i can't play any sounds. It will have an error message saying unable to play sound. This has happened twice now, but both times the problem has been sorted by turing the phone off and back on again.
Also when i went to play minigolf the other it had a message saying there was a shortage of memory, even though i still had over 30mb free at the time?

Its not good that you have to turn the vibrate off every time you charge the phone . On all previous SE phones it was auto-disabled .

why do you want vibrate off when charging. I like the vibrate when charging as i can hear the phone ringing next me when i wake up in the morning, but it isn't loud enough to wake me during the night.
