I'm sure we have about the same delay - I tried to anticipate the explosion. It takes a lot of try actually to get good shots as they only happen for a split second, quite a pain in the neck looking upwards too

Some of the shots I got weren't that good, some were just during the start of explosion
some before it fully spreads (not really bad if I hadn't moved
)
and mostly when the explosions are fading already (worst)
