I'll take that news with a pinch of salt...everyone has been speculating about VMobile and it's future ownership...Vodacom would like to buy but many issues needs to be cleared up first.
BTW the biggest communications deal was clinched yesterday when Celltel was bought for over $3 billion buy Mobile Telecom Company from Kuwait..speculation is that MTN might be the next takeover target for European and Middle Eastern operators wanting to set up shop in the burgeoning African telecoms market.

@egunje, welcome. @Aya,I think tht Glo is scared of "yet 2 b born" Vmobile/Mtel mms & gprs.D awoof is a business strategy. Consumers r d winners 4 it.U r right about one of my likes anyway.
