Hi.
I finally got my precious K700 and IRDA cable.
But my PC is working on Win98 SE and I can't install PC Suite nor the driver for K700 which support only Win2000, ME and XP. I am really dissapointed.
Do you know any solutions?
Thanks.

@bianco - Try using
K700 DateiManager -
http://k700.hitziger.net
or
FMA -
http://fma.sourceforge.net
both of them worked for me on windows98

@k4m!k4ze
I used Neat Image, a program to reduce noise, i knew about it in a post by spawn.
To add brightness and to reduce some noise that still remained I used Adobe Photoshop
I can say I was a bit happy also.
This is a pic of my sister, she freaked up when I did this,lol
regardz !

I tried both but can't connect yet.
It seems FMA doesn't support Win98 for IRDA connection. DateiManager does support but fails to connect K700 to Win98 with an error. It seems DateiManager can't find my K700. I changed the options and only once it establised connection but I don't know how.
How did you succeed?

@bianco - try using a lower baud rate in the settings of k700Dateimanager, it doesnt always work for me in higher baud rate settings. Ensure the correct drivers are installed. I dont use IRDa btw, i use a USB cable
@nevasleep - there's no difference between the k500 and k700's camera but the k700 does have the panorama feature which is missing in the k500
