Bit of advice from the BlackBerry experts needed please
I`m trying to set up email on my wife's bold i followed the advice from o2 and start on this page
http://www.o2email.co.uk/
After entering my pin and imei number and agreeing to their terms and conditions i get the following message
"The Blackberry device is not registered with your wireless service provider.
Please register this device and verify that the URL of the current website matches the one provided by your wireless provider."
In the application list on your device Click settings or click options settings
Click Advanced Options> Host routing Table
Click the Menu key and click register now.

I have done it all it tells me to do how long from clicking on the register key to getting some sort of response
thanks

nicv27,

try calling o2 customer service and get them to register at their end, they can setup your login so you can add email accounts yourself once setup.

Normally it comes up with that if you haven't connected the phone to the network. Make sure you have the phone on with the sim in and that you have a blackberry account setup. To check for blackberry it should say EDGE or GPRS in upper case letters or the blackberry logo next to 3G. You should also get a message in the inbox saying the phone has been registered on the network.

Hi!

Advice appreciated! Any ideas how to delete these?

I tried to re-activate but that didn't work, and I cannot find a delete option!
