I'm told, by a blogger whom Sony invited to product brief session before going to MWC, that the real phone appearance is really close to this fanmade. Don't know specific detail but he also told me that the phone has thin bezel with 18:9 display.
Can't wait to see official render with my eyes.

They don't look that bad.. At least not how you all are making it.. That's a decent smartphone with half the amount of bezel as in earlier ones.. Slightly rounded design due to thickness.. Imagine a blocky phone 10+ mm thick.. As for the round signature fps, round would look unweildy.. The design is good and final design might be (according to murmurs here and there) just same as this..

Like a $150.
Chocolate bar shape is way better than soap.
Many ppl say X Compact looks and feels cheap, but it becomes premium compared to this render.
XA2 looks 1000 miles better.
Even older phones like ZL and SP look better built.
