just install Orb (orb.com) on your PC, one of the best location free "free" apps out there. I watch all my 150+ channels live & DVR recorded media & music on my phone... no real need for Slingbox!

I have ordered a P990 from tbh.se and they have already drawn the amount for the P990 from my account! This would indicate to me that the P990 must be very close to delivery... or am i completely wrong???

My point of view is that we should just wait for it.
We want a phone that will work properly and for me, hopefully the TomTom for the p990i will be out by then too.
Then that will be an awesome combination.
Nokia at the moment just release their N Series with loads of faults and you just get anoyed and end up taking the phone back again and again.

No that just indicates bad business. Good businesses only draw the amount after the product is shipped.

i'ts coming the wait is almost over it started shipping (don't ask where i got the information) by july 15 it will be in every provider's shop in europe. and by the end of july in canada and the states.

But you are wrong about being out in the USA i know for a fact thier is no P990a coming to the states any time soon. Ive heard possably for a X-Mas release.... but that is slim to none.

i have also decided to for this one as my wait for p990 is over now
but i would like to know a few more things
1. how is the sound of ring tones.. do they match that of p910i
2. can mp3 songs be used as ring tones
3. do we get the software support as for symbian Phones
4. is this phone fast when we use... nokia phones are very slow and p910i is a very fast
5. is browsing internet comfortable
6. what is your opinion about whether to get kjam or jamin
7. when i used p910i i had to recharge it daily .... is the battery life of imate more than p910i with similar kind of use

Really dying to see if you can confirm.. If so, that would be great news!! Btw, the only difference between a 990i and 990a would be that the 990a would in theory have 2.5G so it works in US. But beyond the 3G functionality, SE usually doesn't change anything else (looking at the specs for K790i vs K790a)
