@anyone I wan't to register a domain name but don't really understand it. I've found the one I want but when you register do you only get it for 2 years? also when you've got one when you host your site how do you get it on that domain name? where's a good place to register them as well?

You only get the name for 2 years. If you want it for longer you have to buy it again every 2 years.
