@Rao: Guess Hass was right about the 3k for a normal 512MB. But for lappy? How much did you pay? It also depends on the type (SD, RD, DDR etc).. PLEASE TELL US they are the same make n SAME model as your previous DIMMs. How come you nevah opine on the IBM and HP laptops ?Quote: whizkidd wrote:

IBM, HP are also good, but no WOW factor... I used to have an IBM at work till my company replaced it with a Gateway. But very durable and sturdy lappys

@mrao - IBM and HP dont have the WOw factor ??? You should see the expression on people's faces when you tell them you have a HP PC,printer etc etc
They're extremely reliable too. In the 8 years that i've had my PC, there has not been a single h/w problem. Ofcourse i cant say the same about Windows
