Today, I was in the computer lab, working on a program for my Computer Programming with C++ class. (Alright, I was actually browsing Esato and maintaining this site.)
Well, the computer lab was getting pretty crowded, so I thought that I might be able to Bluejack someone. I had Squeaks 3 quickly scan the area, and came upon "Ross". I had come across "Ross" yesterday, in the lounge area of Collin County Community College. I figured, this was great!!! It'd be cool to meet them (Ross and his owner), so I first sent them my normal "You've been Bluejacked by Ethan" message. This warranted no beeps or responses, which slightly disappointed me.
I attempted to send this message several more times, and then decided to send a new message, saying "Can you find me?" They had to be in the lab with me for Squeaks 3 to be able to find them. I sent this message for a while, then composed "I'm in the computer lab", hoping that if this person thought they were getting SMS's or something was accidentally happening, that this would freak them out. Nothing.
I then got so bold as to write "I've got a hat on!" No one came up to me. Chickens! Finally, I went to Bravenet, so I could get a "fast url" to my site, cause the longer URL (I can't give it here, cause it would violate the rules to Esato due to having free Mophun games, but PM me if you want it) wouldn't fit as a message on my phone (it's now able to be reached via its normal address and via
http://clix.to/ I can't give it out here).
Still nothing. I kept Bluejacking with my normal message until I got a connection error. Seems as if Ross's owner got smart to what was happening, and turned the bluetooth off. Oh well, never met him, never saw him. Maybe in the future.
Finally this post and the one before the one before this one are actually successful Bluejacking encounters. Wish there were more of them, just relating to Bluejacking, and not just questions!

@rmskater-have you been able to update your firmware in the u.s.? I called SE and T-Mobile and they are both being stupid and tell me to ask the other comapny to update my fw. Idiots.
yeah it seems i can't bluejack anyone anymore it really sucks. However, the funniest things tho are the stupid blonds with the Nokias who have no idea what bluetooth is. You know, the kind that leave their cell phones on in class and are annoying as f**k? Yeah when i bluejacked this girl in my english class she thought this kid was stalking her (there's this weirdo who stalks ppl at my school) and she started freaking out.

nah probs not. He's a weird one-he's a total fu-cking loser and despite the nerd sterotype has no goddam idea how to use a computer properly, so im guessing he can't use his phone that well. Plus, he has a shitty b/w phone so i think its probably doesnt have bluetooth

He's ugly as hell tho and did ask that girl to a valentine's dinner at mcdonalds, seriously!
