Thanks Ama, busy uploading a few pics to the gallery. Going to the big hole at kimberley on friday, i should get a few nice photo opportunities there... (Will only upload after the 16th of April though)

It's quite a significant update, performance-wise etc.
There's even camera mods in this f/w update, such as a 'burst' mode and the ability to take pics with the secondary camera.

I have seen the update, and yet, I will not update since mobipocket doesnt work on the new firmware. Am going to wait and see if the newest works with mobipocket, then i WILL update. Mobipocket is VEERRRRYYY important to me.
TO tell the truth, I Cant wait to update the firmware.
ANYWAY, here is another visitor we had at home today, 20CM from where the spider visited the other day

Again good detail picked up in that pic, particularly on the wings.
A slightly darker setting on the cam/ picture brightness will make those details even more evident.
Like the N73 I used to have, it may benefit from this before taking pics taken in good lighting conditions, as on standard settings it can have a tendency to sometimes (slightly) over-expose.
Having said that, the bumblebee pic's exposure is pretty much perfect IMHO!
Gotta be one of the best 3.2mp cam modules out there.
