Only German from what I know, maybe a few other European countries. All other countries seem to be getting Sharp panel mainly.
Asia/Middle East/Japan/Australia/UK/France is not affected.

That's good news. Is there any way to check this without root?
The only way is to check it visually, but you have to know each one before to be able to identify which panel is used...
Any idea on what we have in Sweden?

Compare it to your S/T.
If blacks are worse - JDC panel 1
If blacks are better - Sharp
If blacks are PATHETIC - JDC 2

So the chances that the other two DACH countries, Austria and Switzerland, could be affected more significantly as well, are very good?
