@blu...there is an extension available to Firefox called Bandwidth Tester...xtremely effective imo.

hey i have a doubt guys, Are the meaning of both the sentences below same ? -
"I wasn't surprised to receive your letter"
"I was surprised not to receive your letter"
We have some business english classes and i told the instructor that both sentences imply different meanings but he seemed to have some doubt about it..

2) I was surprised not to receive your letter
Meaning: I was expecting your letter, and was surprised when I did not receive it.
