No-one is denying that there is a lot riding on it but still, it's a bloody good effort and at least it's not attempting to copy the almighty iPhone like some other devices I could mention.

I'll be absolutely made up if we see better phones than the X10 and the Supersonic come along. Other manufacturers will simply have to step up their game, which is all good for the consumer in the end - is it not?

OMG! There is another X10's competitor- The Samsung Galaxy 2(?).

http://www.androphones.com/samsung-galaxy-2-android-phone-131.html

Samsung Galaxy 2 specs:
- 1 GHz Snapdragon
- 3.7 inch AMOLED touchscreen
- 5 MP camera
- 32 GB internal memory
- Android 2.1
- 3.5 mm jack
-GPS, Wi-Fi, etc.

Wow. This make things even more interesting. Let's see which among these Android phones will win the customers' hearts.

Samsung Galaxy 2 is still a leak, X10 is going to hit the market next month ( hopefully ), at the same time when Samsung's competitor will be announced.

I have a feeling that X10 and Nexus One are comming right on time ( if there aren't any delays in X10's releasing ).

Great! More choice the better! Without custom layers on top then each Android phone is as good as the next. Timescape on the youtube vids does look amazing.

^In where I live, I should expect X10 to be released nothing earlier than 2Q. About the leaks, it sure gives SE a lot of pressure to finalize X10 and release it as soon as possible. I guess Motorola's leaks will come next or has it come already.

True. But SE has to watch out for HTC's Sense UI. I think it is by far the best Android UI layer at the moment (for the phones out in the market).

The notable advantage that HTC Supersonic has over the X10 is the Sense UI working on Android 2.1. SE's UX only runs on Android 1.6 at the moment which is kind of frustrating. Although sooner or later the update will come on X10, it is still nice to have the Android 2.1 when the the device is released. That being said, it gives HTC Supersonic a slight upper hand.

To mediar,
As far as I know, it is not confirmed by SE that that bluetooth accessory you are saying is included in the package. Although you are right about that it compensate the lack of built-in FM radio, built-in is still better for me. I don't feel like wearing that bluetooth headset just for the sake of FM Radio. I would rather wear another bluetooth headset just meant for answering and recieving calls.

Just a thought; I used to work at Panasonic and we were asked, by the higher-ups, to join A/V forums and read-up on problems, questions, ideas that customers were talking about. I hope does the same and at least knows the comments/concerns of their "fan-base".

I don't think you two have yet deserved the right to make fun of me.
At the moment you just show what ignorant idiots you are.

What's the matter Sakis? You got frustrated because poor X10 is overrun by so many devices before it even got out? You work for SE? Getting out of job? Feel sorry for you man.

Did u get dropped as a kid or did u come mentally impaired 2.1 "out of the box"?

My comment was only about

I know Sakis: X10 thread

Nothing else, so seriously what is your problem, really?

IT is undeniably a stunner! Hopefully, X10 will save SE from bankruptcy.

This post caught my eye.

I have read many articles about finance and etc. Most of them complaining about 's profit getting lower and the company going down. I don't pay that much attention to this sphere (economics) of , but since it was mentioned several times around I think it's ok to say that is great company producing good phones. They may be experiencing software related problems (even hardware ones), but their phones are still the best for my taste, and I also hope that there are other people than me still loving phones and using them. It would be a disaster and shame if a company like bancrupted...

I hope they stay alive and continue the good work like in the good old days...
