They open from 10am to 1pm on a sat but I think the last service they'll take is around 12pm

hmm i advice you to go there on week days .. as they are not so busy and can process your problem in ard 45 min .. they open at 10.30 on weekdays

My T68i hung on me since last night...due to the recent s/w upgrade to R5A...today went to SE goldhill and they said going to upgrade to R5C...after an hour. My phone is upgraded to R5C but that does not solve the hanging and resetting problem...in the end..they said have to "hospitalized" my phone for a few days for observation...
Bottom line is, R5C is out but how good is it? You have to decide...

I dunno cos din not have the chance to try out the new software...my T68i keeps hanging up on me even after the R5C upgrade...but according to SE goldhill, they are saying that the sms alert tone is still the same...meaning no improvement
