@arnoldc - another question.. when they tried to MMS upgrade my fne it was upgraded to R2D whereas before it was R1C so now I have T9 input.. and my languages changed, erasing chinese language and it changed to Bah. Malaysia etc.. can i go to smartnet again to have another upgrade since my phone "now" is not a t68mc anymore because chinese characters are lost and officialy becoming a t68m? sure hope that i can upgrade this phone ASAP ..

Migs- since they can upgrade to R2D, i dont see any reason why they cant change to R2B025 which is the mms version
