if you want a good cam plus a lot of other goodies, go for the k750; if you want great music, go for the w550.

Yes Blu is right. One more thing I would like to notify is that the K750i joystick is crappy when compared to the w550i`s d-pad. Otherwise k750i is excellent for its cam and memory expansion.

@Everybody
I have lodged a request to esato to unblock MO ip. Lets hope the best!

THIS POST IS SCRAPPED COZ IT DONT WORK ANYMORE
ATTENTION EVERYBODY , HERE S A BRAND NEW TRICK I HAVE DISCOVERED

With this simple trick, we now dont need spartan`s method 1 and method 2.

And besides, I believe this method should work on single channeled mobiles as this trick uses only one data connection. Now to the trick...

I ll describe how it is done on sony ericsson mobiles. Nokia users should be able to follow this as well..

CONFIGURING MOBILE :
1) Just one AIRTEL LIVE data account is enough.
2) Goto settings>connectivity>data accounts and choose ur AIRTEL LIVE account to edit
3) Under DNS address, enter 202.56.250.5 and save. ( On nokia phones, I think this setting is mentioned as Primary Name Server)
4)THATS ALL! How much more simpler can it be

CONFIGURING PC (win XP) :
1) Double click on the airtel live Dial up connection, then click "properties".
2) Under "Networking" TAb, Double click on "Internet Protocol(TCP/IP)"
3) Select "Use the following DNS server addresses" . And set "Preferred DNS server" to 202.56.250.5 and "Alternate DNS server" to 202.56.250.6
4) Now click ok and you are ready to dial now!

ADVANTAGES:
1) Now you can access any website on ur phone browser without using any trick. It feels like mobile office
2) Opera mini works standalone without any trick and without having to run wap browser in the background
3)Dial up on the PC and start surfing right away without having to open a page on the mobile

I request all single channeled mobile users to try this out and post the results.

@Blu
Dude which phone model are u using? There is no need to make any changes in gprs profiles. Just make sure u have set the dns address, clear browser cache and cookies. Perhaps just a reboot to flush the previous dns cache. Let me know what happens.

@jing in my phone therez no way to specify dns address .In the settings i can give only primary and secondary proxy and port. I tried changing the primary proxy to 202.56.230.5 but it didnt work.

@Rahul
Hmmmm, Guess then some phones will not be able to use this trick . I am not sure if single channeled phones have DNS option. I tried it on SE j300i and w550i and it worked nicely. It would be nice if others can test this and post their results also. If a phone has DNS option and ability to flush DNS cache automatically each time the browser is started, then it should work fine.
