to change the stack google it,they are step by step instructions.yes the new stacvk would stil work with your present dongle.although the new stack comes with its own software so it wouldnt use the bluesoul one.
i changes my microsoft stack to the widcomm one and everything works fine on my laptop.

no mate!
unless you plugged the headphone lead in and transferred the sound to the ds970! but that would defeat the object?

Can confirm that plugging the headphone lead into the phone and transferring the sound to the ds970 works as i am now listening to "bali-hi" on BBC r2!!

has anyone else had this problem with their HBH DS970:

if you change tracks the device sometimes gets confused and then locks and you cannot turn the thing off no matter what you do, I have to wait till the batterey is flat to be able to do a full reset?

I really really hate mine at present

Hi ares,
I cant even do that the damn thing just will not respond to any inputs till it has run out of battery! last time it was flat I did that and it started working again I have a horrible feeling it might just be a fake I bought it against my better judgement from ebay so I am going to see about returning it to the seller and will buy another from a reputable source.

Have you ever tried using it with TomTom or similar I would love to know if it will send the voice directions.

Thanks for the tip

Do you have any further info on SMAN I offered Ajack some development funds via Pay Pal but he he declined at the moment as he cannot accept money that way, I get the feeling that is going to be a geat product the last version transformed my P900 and P910.

I do hope you are correct about the P990 sucessor I am not sure where the P1 sits I cant see many M600 users taking up the P1 because of the camera in business environments and whilst it looks good and sounds like the build quality is better than we have been used to I just cant see where it is aimed, its a bit of an orphan!

Hi, I' ve just today received my SE BT HBH-DS970....My only other disapointment with the headset was that it

didnt display the track name as it says on the box. Doesnt do what it says on the tin!! Maybe this is a W950

only function, to keep interest. Anyway, in my opinion, a superb headset, a little overpriced but maybe this'll

come down. I would recommend..........

its also displays the name of contacts when recieving and dialing and the name of the songs which it currently

plays with my w880i but it didnt with my k610[didnt display name of song..bu did display the contact](maybe

i hadnt setup it up right at that time *rolls eyes*
