2 thingd dotn argue make it there falut and tell them about there company policy and also ask them to ask there manager as most of them are dum kk and the number i call was o2 customer serviser sorrry i cat ge the emials as they are more than a day ago kk

checked my dhl tracking number my 02 ices are on the way for delivery so it looks like i will be getting mine 2day or 2morrow morning prob got lost as live in redditch like a bloody maze round here you go all the way round the reekin

I have spent 20- minutes on the phone to o2 and have managed to talk to anyone who can trace the order yet. They are truly useless.

inform them you have downloaded the terms and conditions and they clearly state that once a comfirmation of order e-mail has been sent then, under the present contract law they have commited to a contract between o2 and the consumer under the consumer Credit Act 2006 and also the sale of goods act 1979
