Just a quick photoshop of how the T650 should end up looking in the blue version. not official, i'm afraid.
Well if it does, I'll buy it
Like how they've kept the same two tone metal and colour coating like the T610i had.

Exactly, that's really one of the things that brand the T-series.

Same here, hope it's true to the T610 original in some way. I'll even forgive them if there's no slider on it

Does the T650 have a lens cover? Where can we find the specs??
Don't like the buttons - remind me of the ones on my k550 -- I "HATE" the buttons on my k550 - they're too small (it hurts to press them) and too close together (the latter problem is because some design hippie decided that the edge of the keypad should line up with the edge of the screen - there's plenty of room on phone to separate the buttons further - Bozo).
SE have abandoned usability for questionable style. LISTEN SE: People are used to "pressing the button" NOT below the button or beside the button. Give me big buttons - you'd do well to fire your design hippies. After this announcement, I think I'm switching to Samsung - they've got nicely spaced buttons and very thin phones... ...and there's nothing on the SE horizon to match the F700.
..and now that I've discovered I can do picture blogging without SE, I'm untied.
