JAC v4 is set to give around 1.5-2.5MB size in 5MP Fine mode, but i dont think increasing it to 3mb or more will increase quality and it will also fill up your memory card very quickly. If you still want to try it, change this part:
$"CAMDRIVER0: 5M LOW COMPRESSION"
0D 02 00 3C // Start sending 13 bytes at adress 3C
C4 09 // JPEG_MAX_CODE_SIZE = 2500d
DC 05 // JPEG_MIN_CODE_SIZE = 1500d
D0 07 // JPEG_TARGET_CODE_SIZE = 2000d
64 // JPEG_INIT_QUALITY = 100d
5F // JPEG_FIRST_QUALITY = 95d
5A // JPEG_LAST_QUALITY = 95d
To this:
$"CAMDRIVER0: 5M LOW COMPRESSION"
0D 02 00 3C // Start sending 13 bytes at adress 3C
AC 0D // JPEG_MAX_CODE_SIZE = 3500d
C4 09 // JPEG_MIN_CODE_SIZE = 2500d
BB 08 // JPEG_TARGET_CODE_SIZE = 3000d
64 // JPEG_INIT_QUALITY = 100d
62 // JPEG_FIRST_QUALITY = 95d
60 // JPEG_LAST_QUALITY = 95d
Now you should get 2.5-3.5mb pictures.
Thank you killerpk. I am now getting the higher image size from bazuka 5.25 drive but now the problem is when i start the camera the screen is ok means colour and other things are perfect but after taking the snap, the screen has more yellowish tint and picture taken also has the same yellowness. Pls, help me.

With flash on. But it has nothing to do with light sensor. Cause the screen also has same thing.

The yellow tint on the screen is because i used Cloudy WB as default when flash is on, this is because after testing i saw that flash pictures with cloudy WB had less yellow tint. If your getting the opposite effect then edit the camdriver and go to Property 14, Xenon Flash Support and change the line
#COM_EVENT(11,08) // Update WB
to
#COM_EVENT(11,04) // Flourescent WB
or
#COM_EVENT(11,00) // Auto WB
Test which of these gives you less yellow tint.

Some pics with latest
Brazuka's camdriver:
Photos in Macro Mode
Photos in Landscape Scene + Daylight WB
EDIT: The last two photos are much better if compared to version resized and saved for Esato.
Original photos taked in 3MP size.
