refer to the FCC documents, 932SH is only 8MP, but the screen is approaching 3.3"
you can guess if it's a cycloid or a swivel
they have one of each formfactor planned out, but see which one will get announced first or never, or both

That's the latest I got so far. 932SH will be 8mp CCD Sensor, I believe this one will be waterproof. Note that the 932SH will be sort of the successor to the 923SH... meaning there should be cycloid screen rotation.

A little clarification, I was confusing a few models with each other.
The 932SH is expected to be a successor of the 923SH, with "an improved" 8.0 MP CCD Camera. I wouldn't expect Xenon flash as this hasn't been featured in any Japanese phone, not even the Cybershot ones.
There are rumors about a separate Sharp Candybar Waterproof. I actually can't remember any candybars from Sharp off the top of my head... maybe xumedo can help me here. Candybars are incredibly rare in Japan... I think the last time there was a candybar was from Panasonic (Softbank) [aside from the iPhone, HTC Touch Diamond, blackberries, etc.].
Even though Sharp seems like they are new in the Waterproof phone world... they aren't. They have made previous waterproof models before... including the 824SH. Fujitsu along with Sony Ericsson has also made waterproof models in the past.

OMG...do you have to manually add that cam 'extension' for it to be fully waterproof, or what??
Nothing like I was expecting(FOMA STICK NEXT, dammit!), looks too much keypad to me(is that screen really WQVGA??)- is fingerprint sensor really necessary?? This thing makes my Premini S look normal(that's saying something)!
Re: yesterday...am investigating with Vodafone, results presently......

That phone looks quite unusual... I really don't know what to think of it.
Fingerprint scanners are starting to become a "standard" to Japanese phones actually. Fujitsu implemented finger print scanners (also used as a trackpad) on the F905i, F906i, and now the F-01A. Sharp's starting to do so integrating their fingerprint scanners with touch cruiser on the SH-01A & SH-03A, and now this phone.

LOL an xperia with an alphanumeric pad and it slides with an 8MP camera. Can i ask how the hell the japanese deal with such large phones? I mean in 100 years they would evolve into 7 foot giants where the phones would be small to them. Its pretty scary tell yeh the truth.
