Its a leaked Samsung Firmware.....includes the touchwiz overlay and all other widgets.....its far faster and smoother than the stock ROM . The official XXJF3 is avaialble for download , so if you didd flash another ROM and didnt like it the option to return to Stock is always there.

Kind Regards

Cheers Craig. Now, being a bit of an android virgin, have to ask if I re-flash my galaxy, do I need to backup and restore? Thanks

Hi John.....if you use Google for your email, contacts and calendar needs, these will automatically resync when you sign in after the flash. The market should remember anything you have already downloaded. If you want to back up settings, programs etc look out for My backup Pro or Titanium backup in the market.

Im considering going through Dial-a-phone, does anyone think its worth £20 per month, 18 months, 100 mins, unlimited texts, free Galaxy S ? total cost £360 ?

Im very tempted, bearing in mind i already have a 1200 minute contract with O2 so only need the minutes as a backup ?

Also anyone would like to answer my previous post please ?

Guys may be you have already known that but I've just found it.

The default browser has flash support and it can play very smoothly but by default flash support is off. Go to your browser's setting and enable plug-in option then you can have the flash support.

Oh right but how do we enable plug in support? My old Samsung Jet had flash so I don't see why this should not

Internet (browser) > hit option (left key of d-pad) > more > Settings > mark Enable plug-ins.

XWJM2 has been stable for me John....no complaints at all. XXJF3 had problems with stalling and general sluggishness ( for me anyway ). Ths has been eradicated with JM2 , it was noticeable when adding widgets and shortcuts to the homescreen. I have downloaded XXJF3 to reflash if i need any warranty work carried out.
