Nice Price and very reasonable
I Still want Neo, but in my case I am out of luck, it's still not available here in the Philippines, but if Xperia mini pro will come before Neo, then i think I will buy this instead
I think Xperia mini and mini pro will be the Zippiest smallest android phone out there? 1G CPU with 512 RAM it needs only to power 3" HVGA screen, so Battery life will be good to right?
Same here, i've been planning to buy a Samsung Galaxy S2 for nearly a month now but somehow it kept getting put off. There's a Engadget article on the Mini & Mini Pro appearing in Taiwan & Hongkong. Here's the link :

The wait is killing me, Neo was officially launched last March, so it's been delayed for 6months already

Tell me about it, the new generation of Samsung /LG/HTC smartphones are already all in Manila but with the exception of the Arc no other 2011 SE Android phone is readily available. There's a narrow window of opportunity before the Korean & Taiwanese mobile phone makers lock up the market here - if SE misses that , it won't really matter what they have for 2012.

Here is what I feel about the mini in comparison to the mini pro:
1. Based on the outlook, both mini pros has a glossy finish while the minis has rubberised finish. It is really a matter of self opinion. I prefer the glossy ones, but it attract too much fingerprint.
2. There is no front camera on the mini.
3. Somehow, I found that the design of the mini is a bit akward now, after using the mini pro for a few days. While the mini pro has the USB and 3.5mm on the top, these jacks are at the bottom. I know, it is the same as the mini, but still, it is akward.
4. The mini pro to be only slightly thicker than the mini, but much taller. though, I prefer the size of the mini pro.
5. I found that the screen of the mini sunken deeper into the device than the mini pro. (E.g. the glass is thicker). The screen on the mini pro is much brigher though.
6. After using the mini pro for a few days, I found the back cover to be a bit squeaking.
7. For the mini pro, the battery last me just under 2 days with few calls and surfing.
The conclusion is that definately prefer the mini pro, not only because of the extra features such as keyboard and front facing camera, but it has better egronomics. i would also consider the prices to be VERY similar, only HK$100 apart.
Just for your information, I have uploaded a night shot using the Mini Pro front camera in my previous album:

@yuunanase
wow nice picture comparison
My eyes telling me that Xperia mini pro has Exmor R sensor too? @_@, those shots are pretty much the same with ARC/ACRO/NEO compared to Play and X10mini
@norobiik
you are right, i was already taking a glimpse on LG mobile shop for offers on their LG Optimus 2x cost only 19k, and LG Optimus Black 17k, a price that is so hard to resist if you already have the money to buy these things.
but i don't like LG Designs, not my taste and it's pretty standard and very common design
and scared of compatibility issues of my Liveview and MW600 if i will get another brand

actually jus looking more at the pictures! i noticed
mini pro
ISO: 1250
Exposure: 1/5
neo
ISO: 4000
Exposure: 1/16
arc
ISO: 4000
Exposure: 1/16
this explains the higher noise levels on the neo and arc photos! this also mean you would have to hold the mini pro steadier as it takes longer to capture the same photo!
is there any way on these phones to set the ISOs manually so you can actually take the low light comparison shots with the same ISO as that would give a better indication of how the sensors perform and see if the mini pro is much noisier or not!

@mhyke apparently the LG Optimus X2 has been hit by many software bugs that LG have not been sorting it out

yea i heard about that too, not just software issues, the phone heats a lot and restart a lot @_@ , so a BIG no no for LG Optimus 2X, but Optimus Black is almost equivalent to Neo, and the price is just right
