and I certainly don't think it degrades womens. It's so common now that I barely make attention, I suppose it's because I grew up with the society.

Hugo Boss, lacose aftershave, Nivia sun - spray all adverts i saw yesterday that had naked men in. (strange that i renembered the naked men adverts)
In this country women can make money from looking good as do male model's. My girlfriend wears skirts, i dont once look at her in a degraded manner, she wears skirts because she likes to feel nice not because society has forced her to dress up in such a way that men can oggle at her.

These are your views and thanks for sharing them. My religion has mentioned the covering of the body over 1400 years ago and is still followed today, not just by my family but many muslims around the globe. Everyone has different beliefs and we follow what we believe.

@ PeterKay - I think most religions advocate modesty in dress (Judaism, Buddhism, Christianity and Islam all do).
