It stated The psx was not coming out they said that The production warehouse was instead used for The psp So there is no psx as far as what i read which makes since.

@etaab: it was originally scheduled to hit Australia late last year, which would have worked out nicely as a convenient "all-in-one" because i would have used it as a cheap dvd player/digital recorder. ps3 is unlikely to reach australia until september 2006.

I very much doubt it would be cheaper than a DVD recorder, even at that time, simply because of everything that is integrated into the PSX.
