RM1145 for an original gray T68i in Manila?that's cheap
in Malaysia original T68i cost at least RM1,400 each unless u get it from grey markets(illegal sets),but bear in mind that it's not covered by warranty and it is unlikely to find gray T68i in grey markets here

veon: I am not very sure of a brand new NK5510 sold in shops. I, personally would go for second hands if I want a mobile phone that's high-end & too costly in the market

Of course, must have warranty! I bought my T68 (with another 6 mths warranty) for only SGD$300!
I just a Motorola T720 selling for $550 (brand new). Some pple in SG sell their phone as they only want the mobile subscription. If a T720i sselling for 1.5K, it's cheaper in M'sia right? Would price of mobile phones differ in different parts of the states?
A P800 is a HUGE turn on. I waited abt 6 months to get a T68 (which was a dream cellphone

). I'll do teh same for P800 when the price goes down!

Sanjeev - got your email addy from your website.
Some questions:
1. Where can I go to buy CD's? Original music cd's. Where's the most complete and cheapest? What are the big cd stores in KL?
2. Where can I go to buy cellphone accesories like original casing for the Nokia 6510? I'm looking for a red one.
3. What's the best mall in KL?
4. Where do I go to buy cheap souvenirs for my friends?
5. Where do I go to buy branded rubber shoes like Nike or Puma?
Thanks for your help!

1. The CDs u can get from many shops in the big malls. Originals. The stalls sell fake ones.
2. The nokia cover, get a fake one will do. They are quite ok. Check out Petaling Street or Sungai Wang Plaza.
3. Hard to say which is the best... They are all good. Serious... What do my fellow malaysians think?
4. Cheap stuff get from Petaling Street.
5. Dunno. I get my Nike, Adidas and Fila from Australia. :-) Go there often...

wow,scrreech S$300 for a T68m is really a steal!I bought a T68mi before,used for 2 months warranty from singapore at RM650,guess it's the cheapest i can get,but i sold it off coz i bought another T68i after that
The T68i i used is also an illegal set,coz no $ to buy an original 1,bought it at RM1025,was a little pricy at that time coz now i heard suppliers are only selling at RM800(excluding battery n charger) each(dunno who but the shop dealers told me)
For P800,i dare not buy an illegal set or a non warrantied set coz the firmware might still have bugs and upgrading a firmware bears too much risk, quite a few cases happened in Ericserve b4 that some non-warrantied T68i owners went to upgrade their firmware but somehow the firmware crashed and couldnt be resurrect again and the whole T68i becomes nothing more than a dummy, scary uh?that's why i never upgrade my T68i
And yeap, price do differs a little from places to places in M'sia, but just a slight differences about 1-5 %,currently Penang's price is the cheapest, then melaka. In KL, prices do vary a lot in different parts, like some shop i see in Megamall is selling T68i at RM1799 while others in Sg Wang is selling only at RM1350+......

Sg Wang is the answer for most of your questions there(Original CDs,original covers etc)
Nike,Puma and other sports stuff go Pertama Complex(just beside Sogo)
Souveniors go to Pasar Seni near Kota Raya
