It uses passive autofocus, which means: by continuosly analyzing the picture, the lens gets moved into a position where the picture shows its optimal sharpness.

Well one of the most demanding feature thats in use these days in the cellular communication industry is one feature thats yet missing on most SE phones...I'm still quite disappointed with SE on not bringing this out...
Its the Flight Mode feature thats available in N'gage/6630 and some other companies apart from Nokia...
There are times you want to use the features of the phone without the actual communication part..Seems SE has still missed the Bus yet again...
