Evening ok got the adaptor plugged it in lights went on and of and thats it that amp is used for uk it has 240v on it i dont know how to change it as theres no thing to change it over to our voltage, i guess im jus gonna have to get it propley converted at a electronics place i hope i int bust it pluggin it in hope jus a fuse has gone :-l btw if u lot check the amp u can c it worx here from america ;-) amp is: GEMINI 1600 watt power amplifier!

I got 1 from wilkos rob its 1 for us,japan,europe it coverz all them btw it worked the lights came on but went of straight away i think ive blown sumat inside it but there was no bang or nutting! Amp worx both us and uk i dont know how to change it, im lookin for local electricians now lol ;-)

Just a thought av u checked the fuse in the adaptor, if it's got 1. And if it say works us + uk then there must be a switch or sumit,hard to say without looking at it. Might av a Look in a min on the web. :-)

Nah can't find any switch on it at all ive even opened it with a lil help of my sists bf :-) cant locate the switch to turn it over to 240v it could be a multi switch but i doubt not! :-( go n chek it if ya can rob :-)

I've lived in both places, trust me. they both suck big time. On the other hand I quite like Chipping Norton or Stow-on-the-Wold but then I would being a snobby cnut LOL
