@ miss uk - let's put it this way ... I've had a lot of dealings with them over nearly a decade and to say that they're all f**kwits would be an understatement.
I have had three TV's go back to them, they've all been returned no fault found and then had to go back.
I've had other stuff go wrong that they've got their mitts on and the outcome was not nice ....
Now I have a laptop that is has an extended warranty and the HDD has gone down. I've told them what I have done to diagnose the fault (being a hardware engineer I *might* have a clue as to what to do) and I still have to go through there poxy rigmarole to get it sorted.
I'm dreading how long this is going to take
