Motherfuc*king viruses on my PC.Don't know how these bastards got through.OK I do.I only had a Windows firewall protecting me between changing between AVG and AVAST Anti Virus. Its really annoying because what its done is its created a Network connection called Z-Connect that doesnt allow me to connect using the Nokia modem. It just disconnects it and then tries to connect through the Z-Connect Network Connection which it created, but cant because of the dialup number settings. The funny thing is if you change the dialup number settings in the Z-Connect Network Connection to *99# (it default is 000) it connects fine without any problem.Ohnest truth is Im totally confused because it doesnt seem to interfere with my system at all,its just that weird Internet Network Connection Z-Connect that was created. My anti virus found all of them and I deleted the lot but I cant seem to get rid of the Z-Connect Network Connected. If you delete it,it just comes back.Got a feeling it came from my E90 because I scanned my E90 with AVAST antivirus and it detected a Win32:Trojan-gen and a Win32:Dailer-gen(trojan).By plugging my phone into the work PC it transferred them.Suddenly AVAST was telling me those two viruses were on the work PC.Shit.Also found were Win32:Spyware-gen(Trojan),Win32:VB-LQE(Drp),Win32:Agent-AFFV(Trojan),Win32:Gator-E(Trojan).What the hell is going on.Those were found on my E90.Zapped them, but how the hell did they get on there.Just ran Malwarebytes Anti Malware and its just found 6 Worms all in C:\\Windows\Fonts on the PC.Going to now run SuperAnti Spyware and see what that picks up.Computer is running smoothly but who knows whats happening behind the scenes.Ive already transferred two of thos viruses to the work PC.Hope that PC is ok.
if anyone here has ever encountered my Z-Connect problem let me know and how you got rid of it.

GUCCI
Lol, I hadn't realised that will check out that site soon...

ALL
So there's a "sale" at the cellular shop at uni... Ah, good times...

I really don't understand why Sony is spelt with a double N, but I'm sure they aren't fakes, although the owner of the shop always looks edgy...

Whoa, just noticed esato's new "interface" for uploading pics, great, but a bit time consuming...

Ok between SUPER AntiSpyware,Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and AVAST Anti-virus and hard resetting the E90 and formatting the memory card,I seemed to have solved the problem. My PC is now clean and safe after fiddling with some settings and making sure everything is secure.AntiSpyware found 121 Adware detections. So AVAST killed the Trojans,Anti-Malware the Worms and SUPER, the Adware. Its bizarre how the one finds this and misses that, whille the other one finds that and misses this lol

Just glad its all sorted.Im just going to take the Malwarebytes and SUPER to work tomorrow and run them there just to see if Ive left anything else on there. Its a real pain when you start spreading your crap on the work computer.

By the way guys,Motorola have leapfrogged Sony Ericsson to take the number 4 position again after 2009 Q1 results were announced.Check out the stats on AAS.Whats mindboggling is in the Smartphone sales, the iPhone has a 10% market share. You've got to admit that is pretty spectacular considering they only have the iPhone 1,iPhone 3G 8GB and iPhone 3G 16GB on the market.

Worldwide Mobile Terminal Sales to End Users in 1Q09
Nokia 36.2% , Samsung 19.1% , LG 9.9% , Motorola 6.2% , Sony Ericsson 5.5 , Others 23.4%

Worldwide Smartphone Sales to End Users in 1Q09
Nokia 41.2% , Research In Motion (RIM) 19.9% , Apple 10.8% , HTC 5.4% , Fujitsu 3.8% , Others 18.8%

Nokia looks like they are slowly been reeled in.

@RHINO (FROM AAS)
Issue 88 of the (newly renamed) Smartphone & PDA Essentials magazine (in the UK) has a seven page feature group test on 'Best multimedia smartphones', looking at all aspects of music, image, video and camera, plus the relevant interfaces and controls. In addition to the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, the other contestants were the Blackberry Storm, the Samsung Tocco Ultra and the T-Mobile G1. Rather curiously, the Apple iPhone was absent, and it was doubtless written too early to look at the Samsung i8910 (Omnia HD) - in their absence, the Nokia 5800 swept all before it with an overall rating of 9/10. Photo below.

Looks like you have a winner there bro

Had a similar prob due to not updating my AV since mid of last year shocked only got a virus a week or so ago, updated my AV and all was fixed, unfortunetly the virus had jumped on to my N81 and played a bit of havoc with the files in my mem card when it was in File Transfer mode, so had to clean that up as well.
Gola

@GUCCI Saw an AD on tv the other night for Nokia Comes With Music and Nokia's Music store.R10 a track/R100 an album.Screw that bro.I pay on average R4.16 ($0.50) for an album on MP3P@#*@ (Wangs knows which one) or 41c ($0.05) a track.Prices have almost halved on that site in recent times.Ive bought $29.99 credit and am having a ball downloading albums.

Flip those are some sweet prices you're getting! I pay R0.00 towards music lol, although i do often end up getting the cd eventualy.
I guess those NOKIA Music Store prices are better than the prices in our local CD stores though.

Advanced Data Bundles from Vodacom - (with HSDPA 7.2 included) Prices are about a R100.00 more expensive than you Basic Data Bundles (with HSDPA 3.6 included)

150 MB (Advanced) R149.00 0.99/MB
250 MB (Advanced) R189.00 0.76/MB
500 MB (Advanced) R279.00 0.56/MB
MyGig 1 (Advanced) R389.00 0.38/MB
MyGig 2 (Advanced) R599.00 0.29/MB
MyGig 3 (Advanced) R799.00 0.26/MB
MyGig 5 (Advanced) R1,199.00 0.23/MB
MyGig 10 (Advanced) R2,199.00 0.21/MB
MyGig 20 (Advanced) R4,099.00 0.20/MB

You are paying some serious cash for that extra 3.6mbps.
