Ya the owner says it was one of 2 kit car concepts developed for the movie 101 Dalmations, as Cruella de Ville's car. After a bit of googling, either this one wasn't the final one chosen for the movie, out of the 2, or it was just BS, LOL.

Really feel for Newcastle United right now.
