There may be a downside when it does finally hit the stores - proud new owners could find that there phones are LOCKED and only able to play music bought from the networks. Be prepared to challenge the networks in a court of law... FOR REAL! My tenure is almost up and then I'll be more clear on Esato with respect to my personal opinion on DRM and networks "owning" the right to decide what can be stored, played and shared with a cellphone.
