@zakim: The phone is more stable. Still new but the previous two ways of crashing the P800 has beln fixed. Basically the Phone and the Organizer components have been upgraded. Still find the infra-red problem hasn't been fixed. :-( 3 minutes before my upgrade was to complete Alex showed up to upgrade his P800 also. :-D
