@jackal ... basta pag tinanong ka kung bakit ka lilipat ng company, sabihin mo for your growth. you need new challenges, better opportunity. kung bago lang yung company na papasukan mo, they are needing aggressive and intuitive employees so dapat cocky ka. pag mejo established na, they are eyeing for a patient, experienced and stable person.

@jackal - re interview: be yourself. stick with the facts. interviewers have a way of seeing through people, i guess it's something they've been trained to do. be confident, but don't over do it. it will also help if u know some things about the company ur applying with. goodluck, pare. i know you'll ease through it.
