Now Joma, its your turn to release something nwe and better then N1 3.0, I think your driver its better then this N1 3.0

No need for that. I readed the modes info and wow, about 95% of the modes are useless. No offence to N1.

And I said several times that I don't like to put the modes into effects and select with EV, simply it's a bad method IMO. But sure I will implement the Raiderski's code if it's released some day...

@Raiderski
Please break the cam_seq_ss and be our messiah...

So if it's true its not fair to name this driver number1 camdriver !
number1 can you explain this? A long time ago some people wrote that number1 can only copy some modders ideas into his driver - if this is true... ok I am waiting fr number1 comment
btw, UCD is the best ( after night mode improved I am sure it is )

No, N1 is not 'only' copying ideas, but I think he puts more interest on beating other drivers than on making code with common sense.

Nah, it's good to have many modes, but only if u have the proper menu for it, like the supermod menu, with the .VKP OSD, so u know what mode u in and what is next and what is what

We have 8 standard modes, as we know these modes are not perfect in original driver. The first these modes needs to upgrade to perfect quality, then create some new one. I think better have 8 good modes than 24 not good. Many modders can create as many modes as they want, but why? This is only cameraphone (more camera for me ) and big part of k800i users want to have phone, which can take a pictures very quickly and with good results. If I see bee or butterfly I want to take a phone, open the camera and take a shot - not choose some mode from 24
Quality is more important than quantity

u proved my point bundy
i am not saying tht by creating tht many modes a driver is bad.. no way.. hats off to number1 and joma and all other modders.. atleast they r doing something creative...
but i think a normal person with a cam phone would just click and shoot rather thn remembering which moood should he be in hehe

In Withan you can use Auto + RER as standard mode. You only have to remember that:

1) Flash: Auto --> Special flash mode (Daylight, slow sync)
2) Flash: RER --> Party modes
3) If you are in Auto and go switching to Twilight portrait and Portrait, you are increasing flash shutter time
4) Portrait mode is for Indoors (uh...should I put the Indoor mode in 'Twilight Portrait'?, I think so...)

can you optimize the other scenes too? I would like a good beach/snow mode with good WB and stabilizer. also good settings for landscape (landscape should have max colors, as they look very good - blue sky with green grass ^_^ ) and 06 sharpness is fine, with image stabilizer (i dont know if that thing works at all, or i dont see a difference)

P.S. when i switch ti nightmode in VR, nothing happens. With or without nightmode the VR is the same for me :/ obviously should be lower FPS with nightmode and more noise+higher iso. its FW bug? and if nighmode VR doesn't cause bestpic bug, we should use 25FPS or 30 FPS for it... just when is nigh VR active? when u switch it on and see the moon icon on bottom??
