for me it's not only about playing games
but about having already a capable good , well know OS as the PS-OS to be yours alone as Apple i-OS which will make a much more upscale to the brand it's self
Nokia do it wrong and it totally fail
Apple do it right and all of you see it's market now

They need to differentiate their OS in order to be success, Im thinking about Vita phone to be the Smartphone version of Alienware. Focusing at a precisely market segment... that is the Hardcore gamers
Focusing on only small segment will help saving cost and able to develop the OS to be mature without much negative feedback
This is Sony strong point, they should make use of this advantages before thinking about enter mass market segment like Android
M$ is trying to do that (entering mass market) and they need to use huge investment on Advertising .... and now, no relatively good sign of success....

I'm hoping and waiting for Sony windows phone. Maybe some people don't like windows phone, but after experiencing lumia 800.... I'm really impress with windows.
A lot of companies are racing for cores. dual core, quad cores and more cores....but, I'm still surprise at how windows can make their phone even with a single core very fluid and faster than others. I haven't tried windows 8 phone... but windows 7.5 phone is very fast.
Lumia 800 using single core processor is faster (in my experience) than samsung galaxy S3 that uses quad core. Who can explain that ?

The PS2 wasn't going to last forever, but damn did it last a LONG time. Its a bittersweet moment in gaming history. We can only look toward the future now.
