Select “Meny”, then “Verktoy” then “Innstillinger.” In the setting menu, at the bottom of the screen select the “Sprak” drop down box (currently says “Norsk”) and choose “English”. Then click the word “Lagre” to save your settings.

Select the "Download J2SE SDK" link on that page, but its a big download (53 MB) , in the following page, select the "Windows Offline Installation" link
