^what do you mean by motorola already releasing a device with android 2.5? there's no 2.5 yet..

It will be available from Q1 2011 depending on the market.
Europe and Asia will get it first perhaps like the X10, US may have to wait a little more. Maybe a month or two after the Asia release.
How come the specs are suddenly upgraded
wih qwerty and 16 mp camera? If its suppose to be released q1, isn't a bit late to change hardware parts this close to release?
what specs are upgraded? Except for the camera, nothing else is upgraded.
And yes it is a bit late to change hardware parts but I guess its not impossible either. I had mentioned earlier that after SONY announced the new 16.4 mp camera module that maybe the X12 will get it, and it seems that will be the case.

If these specs are indeed true then it is one huge leap forward for SE!! The only concern I have is announcement versus release date.
SE should announce it in January cause announcing it now in November for a Q1 release opens SE up to attack as has always been the case recently.

Those specs are amazing - and all theoretically possible - and with the latest OS version the phone will definitely be good for a couple of years. The X12 should be revealed at the same time as the revealing of the DoCoMo winter collection in November - in three weeks.
I hope we can count on them creating another great looking device.
