Do you have your OPDA certificate and mobilesigner? if you do then just Sign, install and run HelloOX:

Its now a lil hard to get certificates thanx to some snitch who got the Main Certificate "getters" PubIDs revoked
so you have to go OPDA yourself, its a Chinese website. Heres the guide at iPmart:
http://www.ipmart-forum.com/showthread.php?t=343254 i suggest doing it with a PC, using UCWEB can get EXTREMELY annoying as i learnt when i had to do mine yday, if you want to you could PM me your imei and il get you the cert with my account, otherwise follow that guide, and next time you need a cert just use your account.
